Always the Answer

The cares of this life can be overwhelming. No matter how hard we work, there always seems to be more that needs to be done. The longer things go undone, the more we have a tendency to worry, even though the Bible clearly instructs us not to. With so many things to do, so many decisions to make, and so many unanswered questions, how can we possibly successfully navigate what seems to be a sea of impossibility? How about we just ask all our unanswered questions to the One who has all the answers?

Who’s going to help me make the right choices? I AM.

Who’s going to be my friend when I’m lonely? I AM.

Who’s going to help me get through school? I AM.

Who’s going to keep me safe in this crazy world? I AM.

Who’s going to help me pay my bills now that I’ve lost my job? I AM.

Who’s going to be a father to my children since my husband left? I AM.

Who’s going to protect me from all this stuff that’s going around? I AM.

Who’s going to comfort me as I grieve the loss of my loved one? I AM.

Who’s going to strengthen me when I feel like I can’t go on? I AM.

Who’s going to provide me the resources I need to take care of my family? I AM.

Who’s going to advocate for me when I go to court? I AM.

Who’s going to be my supporter as I take this step of faith? I AM.

Who’s going to be there to encourage me when I get a little nervous? I AM.

Who’s going to help me pray when I don’t know what to pray? I AM.

Which doctor is going to heal my body? I AM.

What counselor can help me maintain my sanity? I AM.

Which teacher is going to train me to do what I’m called to do? I AM.

No matter what’s our question, I AM is the answer!
