Leadership & Mentorship

I had the opportunity to speak at a conference this past weekend as one of the panelists during a session where we discussed leadership and mentorship. So many of us find ourselves in leadership roles but we haven’t received the training needed to help us be effective. We hear the term mentor, but we really don’t know what that relationship looks like or how to develop one that’s healthy and beneficial.
